We loved the hotel, it was luxury and clean. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Restaurante El Reducto.

Liked the place, had an amazing stay in our whole visit. Its staff was attentive and helpful. There were a mini-bar, climate control and an individual safe in our a double room.

Shame the bathroom was tiny.

The setting is amazing and decent, short walk to the all the bars and shops and old cartagena and Getsemani.

The location was stunning, at a moderate distance from Old Town. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a mini bar, an iron and an electronic key card in the guest room. Top-notch service, though a few employees were not very friendly.

The staff were more than helpful and the hotel was petite, we liked staying in Cartagena. The pool was clean, with a sauna and deck chairs. Decent location, 20 minutes' walk to the sand beach. The beach nearby was stunning and the view was unbelievable.

The bathroom was old.

Great value for money considering prices in Cartagena. Verry good location, FIRST-RATE service - overall lovely. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including fresh fruit, bangers, yoghourt and bacon. Simple check in and easy check out.

Hotel was beautiful quiet, rooms were individual and luxurious. Wonderful staff ensuring the exceptional service and guest satisfaction. We didn't find any problems with using free wifi throughout the property. Unbeatable location, close to plaza trinidad.

Good location and great services. Walled city cartagena is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Hospital Naval bus stop.
